Default B-Quiet vs Dynamat

Anyone with experience using B-Quiet products vs Dynamat?

I just ordered some Brown Bread and Lcomp from B-Quiet. I had considered Dynamat Xtreme but after checking them out it looked like this might be a little better set up at less cost. What I am using it for is to reduce my cabin resonance due to running a Borla XR1 with headers and catless. Very loud. I plan on 2 layers of Brown Bread and 1 of Lcomp on top of that. Anyone use this before or have thoughts on it?

B-Quiet makes good stuff. I wouldn't use dynamat, just cause it's too expensive and is basically the same thing...

Yes, I have used all of those and the B-Quiet Brown Bread is the far better value over Dynamat.

Good luck! I have Mallett's Carbon fiber mufflers (Kirker rocket pipes) that are similar volume to XR1's. The Brown Bread will do little to reduce the resonance you speak of. You need more of a barrier like the VB. I have two layers of BB throughout the car (175 sqft) and it did little :(
The Lcomp will help, but so far there isn't much I've found you can do. I currently have ordered some stuff similar to Lcomp and am working with it. Finding the trouble areas is hard. The areas you would think transmit noise don't, while others do. On a 01 Coupe w/ TPIS headers and Loudmouth exhaust, I got a 6dB drop at 75mph. It helps, but don't expect large amounts for the money.
Got some BrownBread real cheap, you have to take it out though ;)

How well does the brown bread work for reducing tire noise? Do you really need 2 layers?
