Im in the process of looking for a corvette but i wanna get some info on soundsystems before i get the car so as soon as i get it 1 can go in.
I wanna want is the best. is it really "alpine"
best amp,sub,speakers,deck ect ect?

Try an audio forum. At the very least post this in the audio/electronics section on the corvette forum. It's almost impossible to answer your question without knowing what year car you want to put it in, how much your budget will be, how much custom work you are willing to do, etc. Your question has so many answers it's impossible to give just one.

Any car is able to produce huge amounts of stereo power. But you have to commit your car to the power of the stereo gods.. Get the car first and any model you choose ask in the audio forum about your car and installs.. Many install here with those crappy Bose systems here.

I know some people will disagree, but I love my bose gold system---200 watts cd/cass.--it cranks--it has more clear sound (even a WOT)than any other factory system i ever had (and most of my other non-factory systems too!) the worst part of the system is the cd's usually break down--but i found a place that rebuilds em for $150--(DR. DON'S IN TEXAS) WELL....THAT'S MY 2 CENT'S WORTH!------ :seeya
