NEO MusicMatch software Key
According to my NEO manual there should be a license key to upgrade to the "Plus" version.
"For this reason the CD Key has been included on the MusicMatch CD case. This key will allow you to upgrade to the Plus version ($19.99 value) free of charge."
My NEO CD that contained the software just came in a plain white CD sleeve with no license keys anywhere to be found. Did anyone else run in to this or know where I get the key for the Plus version?
50th, you just got one. Did yours have a MusicMatch Key?

Bummer Mark,
I haven't received my Neo yet, but i purchased Music Match about 4 years ago...I LOVE IT! I would contact MM or NEO and find out what to do to get a key to use the program.
I'll let you know if i get a key when i get mine and you can have it.....

I finally got a response back from SSI. They no longer include a key to upgrade to the Plus version as stated in the manual. They say the full Plus version they provided was an earlier release and that they don't do that with the copy now included with the player... thanks anyway.

I had Kazaa lite but it downloaded with an error, now when i try to get it again from the site, i cant find it....can you post a link to Kazaa lite please...i currenlty use Kazaa, but i hate the spyware and other bs it comes with...
