I'm not an audiofile by any means, so my bose system in my '93 coupe does me just fine. But I do wish there was more base! Is it possible to add just an amp and sub woofer to my existing factory bose system???
I wish someone who knew something about audio would reply to this thread, i have the same question......i need some more base...but dont wanna change my system.......maybe just add a sub if poss....
I know with most systems you can just tap off the signal going to the two rear speakers and send that to the amp and then to the sub. But Bose is kinda screwed up, would this still work for that system?? Somebody's gotta know.
I add a sub to my Bose by buying a unit from http://www.linkmeup.com. They make a box PD-2 or PD-4 wich is two channel or 4 channel. AAAAall you do is just unplug your factory wires plug them into this box plug the wires from this box into the head unit and then plug in the RCAs. I have one of the PD-2 for sale it fits a 00-02 car will sell for 75.00
