99-C5 new audio system
I have been thinking :confused: of replacing my std bose with the following:
Kenwood KVT-911dvd
Boston z 6.5 front side spkrs
Boston pro 6.5 rear spkrs
JL Audio 500/5
JL Audio 10w3d4
Any input is appreciated

Sounds like a great set up. Excellent amp choice. Normally in a 2 seat car you can get away w/out running rear speakers, but in the case of a convertible, it is wise to include them to help overcome the road noise.
Only concern is that if you like bass, that sub combined with only $250 watts from the JL 500/5 might not be enough.
