newbie wiring question
I have a HU with 4 preouts (L/R, F/R). Currently it is driving four full range, no AMP.
If I wanted to add an AMP, or 2, to drive the full ranges and a sub, how should that be wired?
Is my question clear? If I had just 4 speakers and a 4 channel amp I know how do do it...if I had 5 preouts I'd know...but with 4 preouts, 4 speakers and a sub I don't know the best way to wire it.

I would use a 4 channel amp and tri wire it.
Basically, wire your 4 channel amp as usual, then use a + and - from two different channels to drive your sub. Use a 8 ohm sub and low pass filter. Do a search for more info. but it can be done.
