stealth C4 sub install
I am reasonably sure that there is enough enclosure space with some of these new "small space subs" but I am wondering if anyone has some pictures of a similar install to give me an idea of how it looks and/or how they did it.

I'll try to get some pics soon, but can't right now, too tired.
Forgot, polyfill was added in there, and I didn't take pics as the work progressed, which I should have in hindsight.

If anyone knows how I can hide the 2 amps in the back like the sub, let me know! Same with the 6 disk. Right now the plan is just to build a bottomless floor to sit over them

I was under the impression that you had two subs from your first message, but I am glad to see it is just a single. That is what I want to do when the snow flies up here.
I can see that you drilled a few holes in the bottom of the door covering the sub, I am guessing this is to let more of the bass into the cabin. If that is correct, did you try it without the holes first and were unsitisfied, or did you just do it all at once since you were already making the mess?
Also, in my 84 I have a larger chamber under the tray that sits in the top half of the storage compartment. (in that larger 'under-bin' they have the torx tool to remove the top) You mentioned that you did "a lot" of sealing work during your install. Is that because of modifications you made to that lower bin, or because later vettes don't have a similar storage system?
I appreciate the pix and they do give me a good idea of what I am going to have to do. I hope that you figure out something cool for the install of your amps and cd changer. I would love to see some progress shots of that.
Like I said, this winter I am going to do a similar install, I will be sure to document my successes and failures for you all to laugh at!

If the pix got attached to this I am sorry, I'm new to this CF.com business...
like .99 and change. your average 10" requires about .70, so there is enough room to work.

The side of the cubby closest to the seat back had some pretty large gaps around it, especially at the corners. There was also a large gap between that wall, and the plywood base for the sub, since the wall is at an angle, and we didn't cut the plywood at an angle for that. We should have though.
Did you fabricate a box inside the storage area, or did you seal it the way it was described above?
