Hello, this is starting to drive me nuts!! :banghead: 90' vert with original blose gold Am/Fm/cassette. I'll be driving along listening to some tunes, when boom. No sound. Everyone around can now hear just how badly I sing.
After turning it off and waiting a few, it start up again. Does this sound like an amp??
No pops or any such noise, just back to normal for awhile. When it does go out, its not entirely. I can hear music very faint. And, it's also totally random. I'm looking for a quick fix here until I get up the $$ for a aftermarket update. (I'm in the middle of redoing the exhaust system)
I have the same problem with my 85. Dr. Dons says it is probably the audio relay. But no one on here seems to know what it is or where its at....I am stumped. \
The doctor says is in the dash and only costs a couple of bucks to replace but hes not sure where.
