12 disc factory changer???

12 disc factory changer???
what cables do I need to make it work with a after market head unit(Kenwood) Is it some way to change it to RCA inputs that will plug into my head unit. Kenwood sells a cable that changes their 13 pin changer plug to RCA plugs.

I'm 95% sure the 12 disk is a Pioneer unit even though it is not compatible with a Pioneer HU :banghead: You can sell the Corvette 12 disk on e-bay and you will get more $ for the used 12 disk than what you will have to pay for a new Kenwood changer which would be better overall in your situation.
I got $305.05 for my Corvette 12 disk on e-bay but refunded 4120 to buyer since I did not include cable as I promised. ($120 was worth it not having to try to get factory cabe out) I paid $120 for a new Pioneer 12 disk in return :D

What is the model #of the pioneer cd changer in your car? Is it really 100% compatible with the c5 :confused:

The Pioneer 12 Disc is NOT compatible with the vette's factory radio. I have my Pioneer 12 disk hooked up to a Pioneer deck. I also happen to have a Pioneer 6-disc hooked up too.
The only way I know of to hook up an aftermarket changer to the C5 factory radio is to use an FM modulator.
