Hooking cell phone up to OnStar?
Hi all. Sorry this isn't a 'vette - related topic, but I'm hoping someone might have some knowledge on this.
I have an '02 GMC Envoy with Onstar. We never really used the service, but since the hardware (radio/speaker hookup, microphone) is all there, it seems like it should be possible to hook it up as a speakerphone to my normal cell phone. I've done some searches on the web, but can't find an adapter made for this.
Any thoughts? Thanks very much!!!

This isn't much of an answer, but I heard a long discussion on an automotive call in show about how hard GM worked to make sure you couldn't adopt the OnStar system to other purposes that would cause you to stop paying GM the OnStar tax.
