C5 install for my dad...

Anyone here know about how much airspace can be had from the center compartment in the center of the hatch? I'm looking at a Elemental Designs E10k for him(optimal enclosure with a qtc of .65 is only .5 cubes!). I assume that I could get at least that much without even coming above the level of the carpet, correct?

stealth boxes are just over a cube. you can fit E10K in there :yesnod:

Just over a cube...never thought I would say that it was too big, but I guess I won't be worrying about having to build some funky box to get more space. :yesnod: :cheers:

An e10o needs a little more space than an e10k, around .8 I think. I had enough airspace for a e12o, the the magnet was too big and I didn't have enough mounting depth. Lots of low end from the e10o, but might to consider that as a compromise.
