Speaker install?

Hey, I'm attempting to put a new component set in the doors. Can someone tell me the easiest way to run the wires or tell me the trick to this? Thanks!

After you get the kick panels off, there is a square post that has about a 2" square rubber lined panel you can pry off. Gives you a straight shot into the rubber accordian that goes into the door panel.
