Stereo Question ?? No Bass?
My brother and I went to a auto recycler to buy a stock stereo with a CD player for his car. They had one and said that it would work It just didn't have the small plug outlet on the backside of the deck. So I came home took out the cassette deck and installed the new Deck. I turn on the ignition and try turning on the stereo. Nothing works ...no power. Check the fuse's found one burned out. I turned off the power, replaced the fuse, turned the power back on the fuse blew out instantly. My only other option was to reinstall the cassette deck. After installing the original stereo and replacing the fuse I now have all of my highs, but no low's "Bass"

That is really a hard one to answer but I wonder if you damaged either the Bose "brain" behind the radio or the amplifiers. I know in my 99 there are at least two fuses for the radio. Does your car have both? I would think so.
