Stock radio different
Why is the corvette stock radio different from other GM radios of the same year? I was told by PAC audio that the pin wiring was different for the corvette radio and their AAI-GM9 adapter would not work. Any ideas why we are different?

The radio in the vette is controlled by the BCM and has ignition wire going to it. Yes the pin config is different. I do not know if any other GM radios do this or why GM decided to do it in the vette.
