The head unit has 4 RCA out, the 4ch amp has 4 rca in and 2 rca line out. The 2ch am has 2 rca line in.
Can I run a line from the 4ch amp line out to the 2ch amp line in?
The head unit does have the ability to run 4 speakers straight from the unit, but I thought I understood that you can do one or the other, use the head unit amp or an external amp.
In reading the headunit book, there is another set of RCA out cables on the back of the head that are earmarked for wireless headphone output. Can these cables be run to the sub amp instead of running them from the 4ch?
I would do a little more research about the wireless output. It is possible that output is a lower voltage than the other outputs and if so you do not want to use it. You want to check that you and possibly if it has a xover built in and how the fader effects that output. Other words need more info before giving a yay or nay on that question.
You could use a RCA Y adaptor to jump the rear output to the sub amp or alot of amps have a RCA output built in so you can plug another amp right into it. Another situation where more inof is needed to give a solid answer.
As far as the antenna...I am positive on that right now so don't want to give you the wrong answer.
I assume you want to use the 4 channel to run satellite speakers and the 2 channel to run a sub or two?
It sounds like your HU doesn't have a dedicated RCA output for a sub.
I think you would want to run 2 sets of rca's into the 4 channel and a set from the 4 channel to the 2 channel.
Your fader control will work and won't affect the signal to the sub amp.

That is what I ended up doing! Got the amps and sub wired, all four speakers installed. Not just gotta get the head unit in and I'll be listening to tunes this evening.
