I'm curious what people think about Bazooka or Kicker self-enclosed subwoofers? I don't have much room in the rear compartment of my convertible 1970 when the top is folded down, and instead of making a custom enclosure I was thinking about just buying a Bazooka (either the 10" RS104DV or 10" EL104) or Kicker (VS10L5). This would go along with an Alpine CDA-9815 head unit and Sony XM-D400P5 amp.

The Kicker VS10L5 with a much better amp (at least 500x1 RMS) would be very nice.

I have a powered 10 inch bazooka in another car with a hatchback and it is very impressive. I have a hi end system in my vette but the for money, the bazooka does fine.
