What wires will I need?
I bought JBL EC6.2 6.5" component speakers for the doors. 180 W peak/80 W RMS. Comes with tweeters.
I bought JBL GTO936 3-way 6 x 9 300 W peak/100 W RMS for the rear hatch area.
I want to see how this sounds before/if I am going to add amp(s) + sub(s).
Potential amp would be JL Audio 500/1 and sub(s) would be a 10" W7 or two, when money permits.
I should pull all the existing speaker wires (including speakers and amps) and replace the wires, correct?
What speaker wires should I be getting and at what guage? Part #'s?
Any good news about Monster wire?
****EDIT****
How will it sound with the new head unit and speakers alone? Any guessers? I'm hoping it sounds way better than the old Bose did.

Add an amp later when you get the money for even better sound.
JMO: using the deck power (no amp) you really don't need anything more than the wire that the speakers come with. You would want to get into the bigger stuff when you start using an amp.
No need to pull out the stock wiring just unplug and leave it there, wont hurt anything.
I definitely will go amp later, just not sure about the sub route ( I like to at least be able to carry golf clubs).
Thanks for your response.
