The Escort and the V1 use the same power cord. Any harm in mixing the detectors?

There's no harm in using the Valentine's direct-wire cord with the Passport (the 8500 x50 arrived today), right? I don't really feel like re-routing the wire and splicing it into the auxillary harness under the pass foot panel.

Anyway, I'll be testing it out the next few days...

As long as the voltage comes out on the same pin and it fits there shouldn't be any issues.

I have both the Valentine 1 & Passsport 8500 and use the same hard wired cord/connector for either one.
There's no difference between the two.
