Finally got the stereo in :)

Went with a Clarion Pro Audio DXZ645MP (MP3/WMA/CD)
Boston Acoustics in the front (4") and rear (6.5") JL 10W04 sub and a 6 ch E6450 JL Amp. Tried to make it as stealth as possible and yet save space as this is my only car. I'm quite pleased with how it came out and it sounds friggin awesome!! Wish I hadnt waited this long to kill the Bose system.

That is the perfect color to match! I have one question though...do you have any ventilation built in for the amp? It looks like it might have problems with heat sitting in an enclosed rack like that. Maybe you could install a couple computer case fans(quiet but still move a little air) at either end of the rack so there is a cross flow across the heatsink.
Yes, the radio matching the AC was truely my #1 priority This particular HU can be customized, and Sound Advice got the **** to match
Waco... The morons didnt vent the amp at first... That lasted 3 hours. I proped the cover open on a 13 hour drive, and it lasted. I brought it back and they vented it. I wont find out for a while if the venting worked or not.. I should drive back to Gainesville to find that blond (do a search in OT archived vetteweiser (title) and you will see what i mean...)
here's my excuse to drive for 3.5 hours

I was wondering if you had vented that amp also, scrolled down and got my answer.
