What size speakers in 90 C4?
Now that the CD player in my Bose has finally gone (in addition to the two amps that have blown) I have decided to start working towards an aftermarket system for my 90.
I have a set of Rockford Fosgate FNX 2614 (6/3/4" splits) speakers lying around (decided not to use them in my daily driver) and am thinking about using them for part of the install. Is that a wise idea?
What speakers sizes should I (ideally) be using in the front and rear? I don't mind having to fabricate new enclosures for the front and back speakers. I am open to any advice you guys may have (although I am not too keen on 6x9's). General sound quality is my main concern.
I intend on using an amplifier to run the system and will eventually add a subwoofer (or two).
Any advice is appreciated.
