Hi all,
My C6 is on order. I currently have ordered it with 1SB package and nav system. Does anyone know if there is a way to input a rear television camera to this system. If not I may change my order to no nav and go with an aftermarket system. I am thinking of going with the Pioneer AVIC-N1 Navigation and DVD player. Any input would be appreciated.

I doubt you will be able to direcly hook up a rear view cam to the factory nav system until a company like PAC makes an interface for it. That could take several months. I got a look at the C6 being built and it looks like there going to be room for an 8" driver in each door along with the normal 6.5" comps. If you have even the slightest thought that you will want to upgrade the factory system, I would order the most entry level stock stereo system possible. You can always modify the factory radio surround to put in a screen or nav system, particulary if the car was already designed for one.
There is already a very simular thread going on in the C6 section about this. I agree with Lars. Also there is not going to be information about these cars on any level until the cars start to hit the shops and are dissasembled and or full technical information is released about them. I have heard the parts departments do not have info on them yet.
i believe pac is almost ready to market a product that will convert an rca video feed into an rgb format that the nav screen uses. This would allow you to use the nav screen as a monitor as well.
