Bose again

I was told that a radio from a 1990-91 cadillac or a 94-96 camaro will replace the original bose with a special adapter. Anyone ever try this? thanks...Jim

yes they will fit, the unit has a front plate offet that make it stick out a little more than looks stock, you can get the adapter at most corvette radio repair places but there are TWO adapters get the one for the bose which has an extra wire.
