Preferred power feed for C5?

Is there any difference between using top post power feed or side post feed since some batteries provide both and should the ground be taken from the car frame or directly from the battery?

It doesn't really matter. There are more options for battery connectors though for top post types. At the very least you will want to upgrade 1 of the big 3. That is the ground from the battery to the frame. I usually ground my amps to the frame, but some folks like to run a ground wire all the way back to the battery.
