And the remote dose not work ,so where can I get another one from?

You mean the key fob X-mitter? If so, it could just need to be "re-trained". The procedure is in the owner's manual. If you need a new one, they're on ebay as well as the C5 Parts section of this forum all the time.

I think it's something as simple as holding down the two main buttons for 5-6 seconds (within the proximity of your car). If you like, I can check my owner's manual at lunch time and get back to you.
