Default 1990 kicker panel removal

How do you remove the kicker pannels from a 1990 coupe with a Bose Gold system in it? Thanks.

Not too much to it really : just have to pull the rail covers and the molding around the door up to where the door sill starts. Depending weather you have a vert or a coupe, there is apporoiate small molding you have to remove where the door closes. Philips screws hold in the door sill, and I belive 1/4 socket or 9/16 takes out the bolts holding the speaker pod, if thats what you need to take out. Oh, and on the drivers side, you have to remove the emergency brake cover. Pretty straight forward. I dont know how many times i've had mine off, from running power leads down the drivers side rail cover, to replacing the bose speaker. Hope this helps. I dont own my 92 vert anymore, so I cant provide pix. Maybe someone else here has some, whenever they violated the sanctaty of thier bose system when they upgraded.

Thanks Snoopdan. I want to have a go at fixing the speakers. There's a description of how to trouble shoot the speakers, and I want to try that. It didn't have a method of removing the panels though, and you can't do any work unless you can get those panels off.
