2004 Retained Accessory Power
There are several threads on installing head units/accessories that reference a previous thread ("I've done 2 installs on an 04. Check out this thread:

The referenced thread #789224 is supposed to show how to add a fuse adapter into fuse #22 to get aux power on a 2004, since the 04's don't have the aux power cables any more.
