Have you tried to use that little button on this forum that says "search" ?
There is at least 5 threads with about 15 posts about hard drive head units that I can think of off the top of my head. :That is, if you want to read about people here that already use some.
Alpine HDA-5460 (16 gigs of HD space)

HD radio seems a bit over hyped and destined to end up like AM stereo did in the mid 90's, right next to DAT players. Alltough, alot of manufactuers are making head units with this built in, since the FCC green-lighted it. Since it doesnt take any more bandwidth on the transmitting spectrum, there wasnt much that the FCC could do BUT allow it. Its one thing to re-design use of a bandwidth, its another to request new space. The only major improvement to signal bandwidth is really in the AM radio range, where it xmits from 20-15khz instead of where AM is right now, on the 60-7.5khz range. It extends FM bandwidth to 20khz...but thats about it. Really hardly noticble for FM channels, but maybe a future selling point is TiVo type interfaces where you can re-wind what was playing on the radio, or even purchase CD's while you drive. But, at least there is no fee for useage like XM does, so it has my vote in that area! Here are a couple of head units with HD radio
Pansasonic CQ-CB9900U ($699)

JVC SHX900($799)
