Default Questions about aftermarket head unit install ?
I'm looking at adding an Alpine CDA-9826 head unit in my Z06 and want to know if the Soundgate adapter is what I need ?
I'm not ever planning on changing my speakers or amps I only want the head unit.
Any input appreciated..

I installed an Alipne CDA 9827 and the soundgate adapter. It works fine with the stock speakers and amp. I can't hear the radio much under acceleration.
