Probably the best 1/18 board is the Diecast Pub. The concentration is on 1/18 Muscle, but there are categories there for other types. There are classifieds, forums for modders, etc. A big advantage is that you can host photos there in your gallery, and you can post photos directly from your computer without having to host them somewhere else first.
