Split Window Concept
Did a search on it and found nothing here in the Die Cast section.
However, Publix had a
Hot Wheels Sting Ray Concept car for $1.00 which is now parked in my garage 
Notice I said 'had'

Hot Wheels previously did it in silver too. Target and other stores have had a Transformers toy version of it in a couple different scales. Last Christmas Hallmark did a Christmas ornement version of the Sting Ray Concept, also.
