http://www.scale18.com has some by Mira. Blue is sold out though.
Ertl is coming out with a Pennant Blue '54, but based on the pictures of their '53 (see http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=293149) it will not be pretty. The Mira one is average at best, but well within your price range.
