Would you like to see my diecast collection?
I will start with some pics of my collection, mostly Corvette, but I do have others that I will start a new thread later. Thanks for looking.
This is my 32" high gas pump.
This pic is of two models I did to look like my 64 and 73.

Wow! Nice. I like the display cabinet. I'd want it all in the house, tho!
Are a lot of them model kits? Nice detailing on the couple you mentioned.
How far back did you start collecting?

Only about 4 or 5 are model kits, as well as the 1/6 scale engines. The rest are all diecast. I started about 12 or so years ago. It kind of became an addiction, that is still going on, I am always looking for something different. But I am getting better.

Very nice Collection!!!
Hey Brian,
You have quite an amazing collection!!!
I really like the models that you, yourself built and the engines models that you built.
You have corvettes models that rare and I like the fact that you like other cars also.
You definately have an addiction , a good one!!!!
You are hereby certified as a true corvette/car nut!!!!
Take care
Shawn

Die Cast Collection....Super
Brian: GREAT Collection.....
I started a collection of "My Favourite Cars/Vettes" I used
to have. Pretty tough to collect, but it's getting there....
I lost the bidding on a Yellow 1962 Corvette Hardtop from the
Route 66 Series (1:18 ) yesterday, and am Pi$$ed about it.
Anyone know of any Whereabouts to find "another".
Hope you're feeling better, as the Vettes should be on the road
again.

Old Die Cast 1:18 Models
From my Thread, I am looking for this 1:18 Die Cast of the
1962 Yellow Corvette Hardtop, by The Original Toy Co Route 66
Series....Apparently it is an OLD Die Cast, I do not know how old.
Would you, or anyone else know, where I should SEARCH for such.
This week I "lost our" on an Ebay bid to get this Yellow '62...
It is hoped that they may still be out there, "somewhere" and I
have a chance to obtain it.
Any advice or ideas on where to start with a search (someone
who is an authority on Die Casts).....?
Let me know
Thanks
Sam
P.S. Today I looked at a '71 Lt1 coupe, with a New Frame/Suspension,
New Eng, Trans, Diff....all in pieces and needs Body/Paint....
It appears do-able, but we'll see what happens over the next
few days. Keep in touch.

Would you be interested in buying any thing else . I have about 75 Franklin Mint and Danbury Mint mostly 1/24 scale diecast. About half of them are corvettes, including the F.M. 1/12 '67 corvette conv. with the lights, running engine, etc., and a Hotwheels 1/12 C-6 conv., blue, 1 of 2500.
