They're both posters that were quite common in the late 70's, early 80's.
I think the "Real McCoy" one was updated and reissued on an annual basis, each year adding the newest model to the bottom of the poster. I don't recall how many years it was offered, but it's obvious that that one is from 1979.
It probably tells you in the fine print on the bottom, who published them, but I kind of remember them both being being published by Automobile Quarterly. There may be a "Litho" date in the fine print too, telling you exactly when they were printed.
The jacket patch is one of many made over the years, of the different Corvette logos. That particular one is of the 1978 emblem/logo, which was very popular, since it was the 25th Anniversary year for the Corvette.

I too have a "Real McCoy", mine stops at 1969. They are neat posters.
