Ebay seller modelmax lists this one occasionally.
It's a 1/25 scale (same size as a Franklin Mint) plastic promotional model that was made by Revell in 2003.
It doesn't have any opening features, but is a nice looking shelf piece.
You might contact him to see if he has any available at this time and if it's available without the sticker on the doors.

If you are really set on a 1.18 size, I would suggest a repaint. It is pretty easy to do. Most of the cars come apart fairly easy. And you can get spray cans or paintbrush jars from a number of sources on line. I repainted a C7 to match my car and it turned out great.

Try Automotivetouchup.com, that is where I got my paint for my repaint. Be sure and get the clear coat. It is a 2 stage paint and the clear really makes it pop. Good luck.

If you want the exact match to your car, you need to get the Franklin Mint die cast. They make both a Coupe and Roadster. I bought the roadster on Ebay, new in the box with all paperwork for $80, two years ago. They sold new for $130 when they were released. Good luck..
You just have to have patience, they come up now and then but go very fast. Most likely going to have to pay more now. Here is a picture of the box

Here's another possibility...
Revell made this 2 car promo set for the 50th Anniversary - 1 coupe and 1 convertible.
1/25 scale - already the right color even the slate interior!

These pop up on ebay fairly regular for under $50 - keep the convertible and sell the coupe!

For what it's worth:
To insure its value, the box and paperwork is a must.
Good luck. I like the ones that list them as BUY ME NOW.
somehow when they are open to bid, they go haywire and pay more than they are really worth. You can put an alert on eBay to notify you when one comes up. Look at the sold listings and see what they have sold for over the last few months. Try Mint models and ask them if they have any or know of any available
