All it says on it (on the bottom) is 1988 Corvette Indy, made in China, used under license, no68036 1:24 scale.
Shipping to your zip is $14.

Kool looking. If I remember Revell made a Corvette Indy plastic kit , looked similar. But a die cast it's kool, all ready made.
