Does anyone know what the retail of this corvette jacket is and whats a good selling price if i were to sell it? Xl leather corvette jacket. Just curious its worth or cost.

 

Check ebay . There are probably numerous ones just like that. Usually go for 100-150 or so.

 

Is it leather and what condition is it in ? Hard to tell from the poor dark pics...
I bought one years ago in mint condition for $100...

 

It was new with tag and gifted to me but heavy clothing isn't for me after being in a whiplash wreck. I checked the size tag and didn't see where it said professional wash only where i made the mistake of washing it in the delicates with the washer and dryer. Never been used but i did make that mistake. I seen one as well on poshmark and says its a c3 emblem or certain flag logo specific. Anyway to confirm this? Im more into light zip up jackets and hoodies.

 

This is for sure C5 not C3. Did it shrink after washing?

Someone had gifted it to me. After looking at the xl corvette tag and not seeing wash instructions i decided to throw it in the washer as they SHOULD state this somewhere eventually after washing i seen a smaller tag on the inside. I had washed it because i wasn't sure where it came from other then a gift from my mother. It had the genuine gm tag on it that was kind of dirty wasn't the sale price tag i dont believe. For all i know could have been out of someone else's closet and wasn't sure decided it may need a wash. It didn't do anything but yes this is my first leather jacket at age 32 but im still in the same mindset if not dumber then i was at 23. This is after i was just curious where you could purchase these jackets and about what price they sold at new. I've seen others marked up alot from other corvette parts vendors. I was injured in a rear end collision at age 27 after someone flew into the back of my 2001 escort in feb 2017 snapping my left arm on the steering wheel, whiplash tearing the spine in half, broken neck and split my ribcage right up the middle above the chest area. I laid in bed for months recovering only to find out the condition got worse. I was doing overhead dumbells for military press at age 28 when i noticed my internals or guts had a vacuum eventually nocking my guts out. Really bad issue if you ask me anyway the internals were impaled and I HAVE A PROBLEM WEARING HEAVY CLOTHING or sometimes have to pitch a tent with my arms as comforters and stuff add extra weight on my ribcage. Im couple cans short a six pack. I did however try every university hospital in san antonio only for them to x-ray and tell me they didn't see anything on x-rays. Heres some photos of the wreck and injuries. My old 98 z28 i had sold parted out in 2014 due to family emergency made 501 whp 6lbs s475 turbo and 375whp with small 218 bullit cam and hooker headers. If you see the leather jacket is heavy and causes problems with my ribcage. The hardtop camaro i had from 2009-2014 or 19-22 with the turbo. I had bought it bone stock with 119k miles for 3500$. Hope the photos arent against posting rules. Its to show WHY I CANT WEAR HEAVY CLOTHING, leather jackets, etc.
