Observations at Work
It's the weekend, so I sit at my desk and work....
Today I have the blue HW pro street and the yellow Maisto Z06 sitting on top of my monitors.
Does anyone else notice how unappealing the C5 engines are when done for a diecast? It just looks like on complete sheet of plastic. I have nothing againest them in real life. But in models/diecasts there is just not that much detail to show.
Also, has Maisto only done Z06 for the C5? Have they done Coupes or Verts of the C5?

You know, now that I think about it I don't think Maisto has done any other C5 other than the Z06. UT, Bburago, Ertl, and Welly are the sources for all the other C5's. AutoArt makes the Z06 and '03 PC as well I know.
The Maisto exception would be the '98 PC. :seeya

Auto Art has the Pace Car,Convertible and Coupe in anniversary Red, which are about the best c-5's under the hood that can be found in the stock configuration.
Also Maisto did make some C-5 Convertibles(non ZO6's)in Blue,green,greyish purple(Walmart exclusive),red,silver,and of course the 98 Pace Car.No coupes done by Maisto,just the ZO6 hard tops.
