Missing part
I recently bought a 1/18 Burago C5 coupe. It's the Metal Kit series that you assemble.
I painted and detailed the interior and have prepped the body for a repaint in Electron Blue. Last night I was organizing the parts and found out there was no windshield included in the kit!!!
The hatch glass is there but no windshield. Has anyone dealt with missing parts from the manufacturer and how much of a hassle is it?
Anyone have a spare C5 1/18 scale windshield laying around?

Check out thier web site and email customer service.
I know in the past with plastic kits I have had good luck getting missing parts for kits.

I had a similar incident with an 1962 Ertl metal kit - the passenger side chrome insert for the gill was missing (anyone have one?

I emailed them and they essentially told me I was out of luck. Great way to treat a customer.
I was told to retrun the car to the store. Yea right - this was the last part to be assembled and I am going to return the car. :rolleyes:
I could have bought another one, removed the part I need , then taken it back to the store (Wal Mart) but that is against my code of conduct. Besides, I own Wal-Mart stock... :D
