Corvette TransFormers
I picked up a Hasbro LeMans Blue Corvette transformer at Target over the weekend. Bought it for my grandson to do battle with the Viper transformer. Still in the box it is very detailed. It is a Z06 with correct wheels, rotors calipers, two tone red/black interior, shifter and more. I have been to 2 Targets and Toys r us and have only been able to find one, would like to have one for me. $19.95 Good luck.

I had seen the other cars, but did not know they made a Corvette version. Guess I'll be looking now.
Ok, Ebay has listings for a version from Japan, yellow, that has diecast parts in it and the listings are for $25 to $45.

There is no "mid 70's Vette" in the Transformers "Alternators" series which
is what these guys are talking about.
In the US, Hasbro markets this line of Transformer as the Alternator and in
Japan they are manufactured by Takara as Binaltech's and they are mainly
DieCast (The Takara models) and cost nearly double the price.

That's not part of the Alternators or Binaltech series just like I said in my
post above. I never said they didn't make one at all, just not in this particular
series which is meant more for adult collectors since these are almost
as detailed as die cast cars.
The Binaltechs are diecast and have full interiors, working steering,
opening doors and trunks and the jeep has a functioning suspension even
(the jeep doesn't steer though).
No other Transformers are like these.
They are engineering marvels IMHO!
