Dear Peace Chip:
How much work will one have to do put these on a stock corvette? Is it simply unscrew the old ones and screw on the new ones? Any fabrication needed?

It's super easy. My 12yo does them in the shop all the time.
The hardest part is squeezing into the foot well
No fabrication needed

I did the same thing with plywood. You want the accelerator pedal at the same height as the depressed brake pedal. That makes it easy to roll your foot over during downshifts. Remember that's how you do heel & toe in a Corvette.
Once you get the plywood cut out and bolted up you cover the wood surface with sandpaper cut to fit. Now your foot won't slip.

I love the block finish pedals that I put on my Z. Even in the rain at MidOhio, my feet never once slipped like they did with the stock pedals. Thanks Chip!
