Guys - a rabid race car fabricator bit off the ear of one of the plates to use on a gauge/switch panel. He is sorry and is going to use his TIG welding skills to restore the plate. I'll post pics when the repair is complete.

Our new driver/mechanic, Robert Johnson just fabricated a pair of brackets for us today from some flat aluminum stock he had left over from building his low 5 second Fox Body Mustang from scratch all by himself. We're unbelievably lucky to have him. Here's a pic now.
I know the car looks like Rocky Balboa at the end of his first fight against Apollo Creed right now but he used Marine 5200 Fast Cure to affix the covers to the brackets he made and this is to hold everything in place while it cures. Marine 5200 doesn't like to cure really fast when it's stupid cold and it barely made it to freezing today. He's going to let it cure until Friday. I'll get a bunch more pics when we remove the "bandages".
