Does this just bolt to the shoulder seat belt brackets?

Yes that is correct ...the bracket bolts to the seatbelt bolts. then the bar bolts to the bracket

the bar end are on angles the longest point is 50 inches shortest is 48.1/4 inch....



I guess you could cut it down and use it on a different model or car
