Default Help selecting E Track tie downs

My trailer came with strips of E track forward and aft of the car. There are two strips forward and two strips rear set just inside the actual wheel track of the car. The track has the slots running side to side parallel with the axles of the trailer.

Do I use the ring adapters (e clip + steel ring) or the web adapters (e clip, section of webbing & D ring at end), I want to stick with an adapter and use standard rachet straps with hooks on each end. It's not clear to me how much side load the ring adapters are designed to handle.

Any other E track adapters worth considering?

Thanks,

Ryan

All types of E track attachments.Very common is the tie down rachet strap with metal E hook at one end and a metal ring with the 3 types of frame hooks used by most autos. Also the E track spring loaded metal ring attachment used with a standard -Hook-Rachet -Hook strap.
