Default NAPA rotors

I've been reading about the $26 NAPA rotors on this forum for the longest time but yet my local NAPA wants double that including shipping at $52 each. Where are you guys getting these prices?

It would appear their pricing has changed.

86700, 86701, 86702, 86703 are the part numbers I've purchased before. I just got a new set before NCM @ VIR for the old price but the Napa Online website now shows them at $41.49 fr/ 35.39rr ea now.

I did notice my latest ones have the hats painted now, so maybe that's a part of the reason for the price increase (Maybe a different supplier too?)

BTW, I've never been charged shipping when getting them right at the local NAPA store.

Thanks. I cracked mine at VIR that week. My local NAPA wanted 43 and change plus $8 shipping EACH. That's quite a bump in price for some paint on the hats. Oh well.

I just bought 2 fronts at my local NAPA store and they were ~$26. You have to ask them for the cheapest price, otherwise they will charge you retail, which will be in the $40's.

Since my NAPA wants $52, I figured I'd go to the Autozone. They want $59 but they'll give me a 2 year warranty.

If the NAPA rotors are made in China , I am done with them.......extra cost from probably shipping them over the seas.....BS!!!!! NAPA will wonder what happened when the sales of their Corvette rotors go from digital to non-existant.........

I called all 3 of my local NAPA places yesterday. They are completely out of the part we were getting, ie, 867xx. Now they have this new price and they are not Canadian made Raybestos rotors. They also added this 48867xx part number. So I asked him to order an 86700/86701 and 4886700/4886701. I told them if they are not stamped with Canada on them then I won't buy them. They're going to call the warehouse on Monday and make one of the guys open the boxes and read off to me what is stamped on the rotor.

I did just get a pair of fronts for my Celica. I expected the Canadian ones. There is no country stamp on the rotor at all. So I'm going to assume they are the cheap Chinese ones since the price was the lower of the 2 on the website.

Bastards!!!

the chinese napa ones come in a box that has a NAPA sticker and stuff on the front. They are also wrapped in blue plastic, all fancy like.

Honestly, the quality between the two rotors are very similar, with a slight edge to the chinese (newer) ones. I have run through 2 sets of the new chinese ones, and with no change in pads/ducting etc they have lasted a bit longer than their canadian counterparts.

I'm just upset because theyre more expensive. And the stupid paint burns off. I liked turning the canadian ones purple and blue.

Maybe it has something to do with the extra cooling you have on your tow vehicle now.

Default Rock Auto PG Plus Z06 Rotors

With Rock Auto's "Discount Code" my front rotors for the Z06 are $19.00 a piece. They're the Canadian jobs. Hard to beat 19 bucks for a rotor!
