Default class bump question

currently i am running ASP in my C5Z and was looking at the ruel book to see how far i can go before i have to go to a higher class. i want to run the C6Z brakes on my car, the rules say

15.1 AUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS

C. Equipment and/or specifications may be exchanged between
different years and models of a vehicle if (a) the item is standard
on the year/model from which it was taken, and (b) the years/
models are listed on the same line of Appendix A (Street Prepared
Classes). The updated/backdated part or the part to which
it is to be attached may not be altered, modified, machined or
otherwise changed to facilitate the updating/backdating allowance.
Standard factory installation methods, locations, and configurations
are allowed.

so that would be yes i can run them in ASP, but when i read this it says no

15.6 BRAKES

B. Cross-drilled and/or slotted brake rotors may be used, provided
the replacement rotors have the same dimensions as standard
rotors and are of a standard-type construction and of ferrous
metallic material. This does not permit the use of a two-piece
hat/rotor assembly unless the standard configuration is two-piece.

now as i read it i cannot use the C6Z brakes because of the second part?

The key in 15.1.C is the phrase highlighted above. The C5 and C6 are listed on DIFFERENT lines, therefore, you cannot interchange equipment between them. (page 169, 2008 Solo Rules)

Regarding 15.6.B, you can swap on drilled/slotted rotors, but they have to be same dimensions as the stock or legally swapped rotors.
