Default Recommended adjustable shock settings for autocross/track

I just installed QA1 adjustable shocks on my 05 C6 vert. I know it's personal preference, but should all shocks br set on the same setting for autocross/track? Or should the rear be set softer/harder?

I have it at about 5 right now and there are 12 settings.

It will be too difficult to adjust on track days since the adjustment **** is just behind the brakes and I can't adjust it unless the car is cool.

On myC6Z06 with the QA1's, I run 4 clicks on the street and start at 7 clicks at the track. Of course start with all the shocks set to the same value. When we install QA1's we install the adjustment ***** pointing inward toward the car. This was you can adjust them by just reaching behind the tire and make your adustments. It take about 2 minutes to adjust all four shocks this way. Hope this helps.
