Default Torque Question..........

I'm checking out the car after my last track weekend and found a small amount of movement with the rear spindle.

Question; what is the correct torque for a ('01) C5 rear spindle??

Thanks,

Thanks,
are you talking about the spindle axle nut (118ft-lb), or the actual wheel bearing bolts, or the upright ball-joints??

You can find all of the torque specs on my front/back torque sheets at http://www.davidfarmerstuff.com

Thanks to David for posting this info: that's where I got the info above. I laminated the spec sheets and have them in the top shelf of my tool box; they're rather dirty, grimy, and stained from use.

Thanks again, DF, and have a good one,
Mike

Thanks for the link, it is now copied to my Tech File.

118 was the magic number, I would have bet on something closer to 200 for the size.
