That's right, Jeff was driving a 4 cyl porsche, I remember thinking who is this obnoxious guy? And Tom, driving his mongoose c5, I believe I met him for the first time in front of the red roof inn.

I have run the 11" GS rims with 295 and 315 tires on all four corners. I like the setup.

With stock ride height - no. At high speed, high compression tracks (VIR and Rd ATL) it came really, really close.

I have run 295 on all four corners and 315 on all four corners. I went to 295s when the TT rules made me.

I have run 275s on stock front GS 9.5" rims with 315 and 295 on 11" inch in the rear. That may be marginally faster on a open fast track - but I like running "square" so I can freely rotate the tires where I need them on the car to get max life out of the tires.

I wish Hoosier made a ~26" tall 295, in 17 and 18. I mentioned that there is a need for it in my last tire redemption letter.

As is, there is no way to run a staggered set up without running a smaller than front dia rear tire (295/30/18 - 25.3" with a 275/17 or 18 up front - 25.5")
