Default Where to buy Michlelin Slicks

Looking to buy a set of 18" Michlelin racing slicks for a Vette and looking for the best dealer and deal. I heard that someone was offering free shipping. Anyone have the dope on these?

Call LG Motorsports, ask for Anthony he will hook you up.
Question, have you done anything to the standard oil system to your car, if not the g's you will pull with the Michelin's will cook a motor fast.
Discuss this with Anthony.

Yo, D, what do you mean by "newer"? I am about to pull the trigger on some Michelins myself, so inquiring minds want to know (that we are getting the best tire).

well the michelins on that website show an sx series. i have not heard of any of the ones from bowmanized and others are not called sx.

i guess a simple phone call to that place would clear up any confusion on names. i am on the road but might try to call them later unless someone knows.

everett that thing is going to be a beast with slicks!!

I have read about Blue Label and Green Label - but I don't know the difference - sure would like to know before we throw down the cash!

I believe that the Blue label or Green label(it's actually a colored dot on the sidewall) pertains only to Porsche Cup tires, which are different than the slicks we would use but I am not 100% sure. The green label slicks supercedes the Blue label Porsche Cup tires.

just called sube sports and they did say pretty much the only difference on the blue and green is the sidewall color lettering

so no big diffrence.
also the current price on their website is current which is quite a savings over some others.
