It's not a tough fix, all you have to do is take the fuel pump assembly out of the tank.
Look down in the tank and you will see a little plastic tray, it's there to keep fuel in it while cornering, etc. When they installed the fuel pump assemblies they didn't bend the tubes down far enough to be completly inside the tray. All you have to do is bend it down a bit and you're problem is gone.
I used to have problems when I had anything just under 1/4 tank. Now I can run the car down to reserve at the track before it acts up.
Do a search in C4 tech they probably have a thread with pictures. Not tough though.
